Water: Water once a week when soil is dry. Let dry between waterings. Light: 6-8 hours of direct sun required. Rotate pot. Tips: Needs cool temperatures. If indoors, keep thermostat in low 60's during winter. Prune to keep dwarf habit.
Rattlesnake Calathea
Water: Water when the soil surface is dry. Light: Medium light. Some sun OK in winter months only. Tips: Mist in winter if air is too dry.

*Peperomias come in different variations, shapes and colors but require the same care. Water: Water every 1-2 weeks allowing soil to dry out between waterings. Light: Medium to bright indirect light. Can tolerate low indirect light. Keep out of direct sun. Tips: Average home humidity is fine. Can tolerate dry air.
Succulents
Water: Needs minimal water. Only water when totally dried out. Misting is best. Light: Bright, direct light. Tips: Rotate frequently.
Pilea Peperomioides
Water: Water every 1-2 weeks. Only water when top 25% of that soil is dry. Soil should be damp, not wet. Grows well in dry conditions. Light: Bright, indirect light. Tips: Boost humidity with misting. Rotate each time you water. Yellow leaves means overwatering.
